Texmod - mapping made easy

Here is the "idiotproof guide" to running this "TexMod" program.

1. First and foremost DO NOT have guidlwars running.

2. Download the Texmod application and some cartography maps

3. Extract files to a directory as shown in example



4. Run the "texmod.exe" program and click ont the large folder icon (highlighted below)



5. Navigate to the folder where Guildwars is installed and select "GW.exe"



6. Click on the small folder icon to load templates in (highlighted below)

7. Select all the mods there you want and add them



8. Verify these have loaded into the program



9. Click on "Run" to launch Guidlwars with the mods.

The map screens will now show areas there you need to scrap or not to scrape.

Not unless you're foolish enough to download from dodgy sources.

It isn`t a virus or something.
It`s save.
I have download it yesterday and no probs so far...
Only graphic problems sometimes....

It's no problem as it mods the directx textures...... nothing else

I recommend this!
